A COA documents the exact compound tested, its measured purity, and the batch identifiers. Each certificate carries the lot number printed on your vial, so you can match your exact vial to its test results. It is the only independent proof that what is in the vial matches what is on the label.

Orders placed before 3:00 PM Eastern Time ship the same business day. Every order is sent by two-day express courier, with tracking emailed on dispatch. Shipping is free on orders over $150.

Returns must be pre-approved — please contact us before sending anything back, and we may request photographs or the return of the product. Because these are research materials, we cannot accept returns once the vacuum seal is broken. If there is a shipping error or a documented quality issue, contact us within 7 days and we will resolve it.

Lyophilized (powder) peptides should be kept in a freezer at −20°C (−4°F) for long-term stability. Once reconstituted with bacteriostatic water, store at 2–8°C (36–46°F) and use within 30 days. Keep vials away from direct light and moisture.
